Placing Your Order

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and payments through gateways like Instamojo.

2. Can I order online and pick up in your retail store?

Yes! As long as you enter a Bangalore address as your “shipping” address, you’ll be given the option to select In Store Pick-Up as your “shipping” method. In-store pick-ups are free of charge!

Your order will be held for 7 days. If your order contains plants, we will care for them for you while they’re awaiting pick-up.

If you’re unable to pick-up your order within this timeframe, we’re happy to accommodate — please email us with your preferred pick-up date. Due to space constraints, unless notice is given your order will be refunded after 7 days have elapsed, less a 15% restocking fee.

3. How do I order multiple items with different shipping addresses?

If you’d like us to send your items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

We would love to!! But currently we are delivering within India only.
Most of the products are available for delivery within Bangalore only with few exceptions where we ship the other destinations within India.

Order Processing and Status

1. When will I get my order?

As soon as you place your order, it enters our production and shipping queue, and our small team gets to work! The processing time before your order ships depends on the items in your order and when the order is placed.

Average processing time is 2-3 working days for regular products and 7-10 days for customized products.

A few other factors affecting order processing time:

•During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may need to delay shipment if your order contains live plants. We’ll reach out about any delays.

•We strive to keep our inventory current, but occasionally something may be unavailable. If an item has gone out of stock, we’ll notify you by email. You may opt to have the item refunded or delay shipment until the item is back in stock.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

It’s easy to check your order status. Simply find the order confirmation email, and click the status link to view your order status page. YOu can also call us/Whatsapp on 9481455163 to check on the ststus of the orders.

You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into and viewing your account overview. If you don’t yet have an account, you can easily create one.

3. What if I need to change my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been processed, we’re happy to make changes to your order. Please email us with any changes as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate. Depending on if you’d like to remove, swap or add items to your order, you’ll receive a partial refund or an invoice to pay the remaining balance and any applicable shipping fees.

Ordering and Receiving Plants

1. Will my plant arrive healthy? Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, your plants will arrive healthy! We we take all precautions and make necessary arrangements to make sure orders containing live plants arrive at your door happy.

In fact, we guarantee that they’ll arrive happy and healthy, or we’ll replace them for you.

Make sure you’re ready to give your new plants the care they need upon arrival.

3. Will I get the exact item / plant shown in the photo?

No – you’ll get your own, unique item! All plants are unique, and so every plant in our Specimen Plants and Air Plants collections is different. We believe that the natural variation that comes with this territory is what makes these items special and unique.

We have a small team of artists that create our customised line. The process in which these works are made is one of great intention and care. We aim to source our materials from local artisans and keep nature as the focus of every piece. We take great pride in each piece being different from another. As a result, variation in size, shape and color does occur. The product images are intended as examples of the final product and demonstrate the variety in shape, size and color of the materials that we use.

All products are sold separately – group images are intended to show the relative sizes, colors and species of options available.

Many of our other products are hand-made, and all our specimen plants are one of a kind.

Custom Orders

1. Custom Order Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

We’ll only ship you a custom item (plant or otherwise) if we believe it will arrive to you safely, and have an extremely high success rate.

That said, all plants respond differently to the stress of shipping, and due to the nature of custom orders, we’re unable to evaluate how a plant will respond to shipping before sending.

All sales containing custom ordered plants are final, and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be given for these items. By making a custom order request, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk in shipping plants.

2. I don't see what I want listed for sale. Can I request a plant or other product?

Our web shop contains only a small fraction of the many plants, pottery, accessories and more available in our retail shop.

Whether it’s a special plant you’ve been wanting, something you saw on our instagram feed, or an item you remember from a visit to the shop but don’t see listed online, we’ll do our best to get you what you’re looking for.

Likewise, many of the products can be customized to fit your needs.
